#NationalPamperingDay is More Relevant Today Than Ever
Hello my loves, how are you? Sharing to you again #NationalPamperingday of Nailaholics all over the Philippines this coming Oct. 17, 2018, now on it's third-year and counting.
Career-driven, busy lifestyles many people today are expected to be working day in and out. While it can be very fulfilling, needless to say, that it can also be very stressful. In fact, a study conducted by CNN Philippines notes that things like bosses, deadlines, co-workers, schedules all contribute heavily to daily stress.
Stress-related disorders and diseases have been on the rise, often manifesting itself anxiety or illness. But while we can't really do anything about having to go to work, or easing the traffic, we can do something about how we cope with stress. You can avail of any of these services for just P10 between 10am t0 2pm the amount of which will go to Nailaholics community partner, the La Verna Aged Care and Dementia Village.
All work and no play is no way to live life. Take the time to pamper yourself, it's more important that you do so in these modern times. Relax, refuel, reinvigorate and pamper yourself.
