Summer is here in the Philippines and it's
approaching in some other countries, so I have a few reminders to share,
important things you need to consider this season.
Ok let's hop into the topic, yes as you can see in
the title Summer Essentials. In this video I shared a lot of choices of
products but I wanted to point out the general things.
Let's start with;
- Hair Care: Before going
outside you need to protect your hair, of course you started with shampoo,
conditioner but most of all apply hair serum or hair essence to protect it
from the heat of the sun
- Skincare: always cleanse
tone and moisturize your face, always pamper your skin on a daily basis.
Twice a day!!!!
- SPF: In this season,
foundation is not really your best friend, but for those who could
tolerate it using foundation under the heat of the sun, it's up to you, we
have our own preferences, but generally if you’re going outside especially
outing with friends and families ex: beach, well CC cream and BB creams
are good for you because they posses high level of SPF, if you're into
powders choose powders that has also high level of SPF.
- Lotion: After taking care of
your hair and face, your whole body needs pampering as well; apply lotion
after taking a bath. Moisturize, moisturize!!!!
- Water: Drink a lot of water,
Hydrate your skin with clean water. Drinking a lot of water can hydrate
your skin big time as prescribed by doctors we need 8 glass of water a
day. Drinking a lot of water as well can give you a healthy and glowing
skin.
- Sunblock: Use sunblock with
a higher level of SPF again, if you’re just doing things outside, you will
need 30 to 35, but if you’re in the beach, you will need 50SPF to 70SPF or
even up.
- Hat: you will also need
this, even though, you give so much effort in protecting you whole body,
you still need to bring hats.
- Umbrella: If you’re not a
fan of hats you could also make umbrella as an option to bring, for extra
protection you know, especially for those who don't have a private
vehicle, while walking short or long distances, we all need this.
- Sunglasses: Yes sunglasses
are not just used for accessories but its main purpose is to protect our
eyes, s check!
