RareJob is an online English School in Japan, and this company helps a lot of our Filipino Citizen especially like me who wanted to have  job in which I can have a flexible time to work, since I'm a busy mom of two kids.

I was able to work in a lot of firms and since I need to stay home because of my kids, I need a work which is a home based. It's already been a year since I started teaching at Rarejob.

What I really like about this company, is that they really take care of their tutors by enhancing their skills in teaching, they offer workshops, a lot of incentives and one of the highlight is the Rarejob ambassadors, wherein selected tutors who passed on deliberation can visit our main office in Japan and can interact with students. Isn't it cool? but I'm not aiming for it. So going back with my story, I really like to interacts with other people especially Japanese people because for me they're very kind and respectful people. Though I teach part time 3 to 4 hours a day  I love it because I could communicate to a lot of people in different fields and levels and I have a lot of chance to learn more about their culture.

Awards were also given to deserving tutors.

Hello dear friends, how are you these days? I would like to share this Makeup Inspiration that I created recently. 

I really wanted to film last Sunday July 24, 2016 and I cannot come up with any look but upon watching the pilot episode of  Encantadia from GMA network (one week pilot episode ), it gives me an idea of why not making a look which resembles more on fantasy theme, so I went ahead and start with my preparation and I was playing with light & dark blue, light green, brown and black  eye shadows and for my accessories, I grabbed an old headband and started attaching beads on it. This is not the look of the 4 Sang'gre's but I think it goes with the Encantadia theme. I hope you'll have time to watch and learn some makeup techniques and tips on this tutorial and don't forget to like and subscribe. Hopefully you'll find this video helpful. The packaging is super nice, I love the color and its glossy box, especially the elegant packaging of the product itself.

What I don't like:

• So far the only thing that bothers me is the mirror, I love that there's a mirror, but its hard for me to apply the powder and flip the compartment again just to get products on the other side. it's a little bit hassle flipping over, when applying and at the same time checking yourself on the mirror.

Blessings, blessings, blessings, I'll say it again blessings. For me circumstances are blessings, sometimes we may not see it right there and then, but for sure it's present everywhere.

After that, we go directly to Grand Circle inn, and did our preparation, me and my friends help with the decors and stuff that night and we took our lunch at the Masskara, guys the chicken there is super delicious and after that we go back to the hotel to do some preparation again. I also practiced some easy dance moves for trumpets and Running man challenge because the couple requested to have a mob dance after the wedding and we did record a bit, check my Vlog on it, it was super fun.

As coordinator we need to check if the call time of every people involved will be monitored, we slept nearly 1am and our call time was 2am, that was a little nap, hahaha, but everything went fine. Early we did call the makeup artist, because everybody's call time is 4am. To make the story short, It was a successful church wedding. 

Here comes the reception part. Unfortunately the files I have in the US did not play on their Laptop so we used the laptop of the groom, praise God everything works well, and I became the operator of audio and video because of that incident. hahaha, multi tasking isn't it? 

After the wedding, everybody's happy and praising God for everything and here's the additional Blessings. The couple gave us a tour on Mambukal Resort and Campuestuhan, It was indeed full of fun, I will be posting some photos to let you see. In Campuestuhan we paid P150/person for the entrance fee. Are you one of a fan of nude lips? I am, be with me as I explore the new line of Maybelline which is there ROSY MATTE Color sensational and today I'll be sharing to you what I got from this line.

I've been looking for a perfect nude shade which is simple and a little peach and pink, when I visited the Maybelline booth, I swatched directly the soft pink because I'm willing to buy it, but unfortunately it made me look super pale, I also swatched the apricot beige, but it's too bright for me, so I tried the Salmon pink, and boom perfect. I was shock because when I saw it on swatches, I thought it will not look good on me, to my surprise it's the best shade so far.
