Filipinos are known for celebrating the Christmas season as
early as September. The season brings together to catch up and celebrate the
festivities.
Bluewater preserves these Filipino traditions by staying
true to its concept. The resort came up
with a unique style to celebrate Christmas the Filipino way with a series of
highlights.
Starting with a parol lighting ceremony that marks the start
of the Holiday Season at the Resort called “Pasko Sa Bluewater”, it is followed
by the opening of the Balay sa Pasko (Christmas House) a Filipino version of
gingerbread house filled with pasalubong treats to take home for families and
loved ones.
Balay sa Pasko showcases the best of Bluewater holiday
treats and specialties straight from the kitchens of Bluewater chefs. The famous bluewater Chocoron, a love child of
“chocolate” and “ “chicharon”, along with another crowd favorite, Cashew roca,
will stand with this year’s line-up new items like the chocolate Viennese
sandwich cookies, assorted chocolate truffles and 12 flavors of ensaymada.
