Pasko sa Bluewater "Filipino Traditions "

Filipinos are known for celebrating the Christmas season as early as September. The season brings together to catch up and celebrate the festivities.
Bluewater preserves these Filipino traditions by staying true to its concept.  The resort came up with a unique style to celebrate Christmas the Filipino way with a series of highlights.

Starting with a parol lighting ceremony that marks the start of the Holiday Season at the Resort called “Pasko Sa Bluewater”, it is followed by the opening of the Balay sa Pasko (Christmas House) a Filipino version of gingerbread house filled with pasalubong treats to take home for families and loved ones.

Balay sa Pasko showcases the best of Bluewater holiday treats and specialties straight from the kitchens of Bluewater chefs.  The famous bluewater Chocoron, a love child of “chocolate” and “ “chicharon”, along with another crowd favorite, Cashew roca, will stand with this year’s line-up new items like the chocolate Viennese sandwich cookies, assorted chocolate truffles and 12 flavors of ensaymada.

Bluewater Holiday Theme Dinners
Monday (KUMBIRA) the spread puts the spotlight of sinaksakan a combination of steamed rice with sweet yam.
Tuesday (KUSINA LATINA) that has a taco station that allows you to make your own Filipino style taco using pulled meats like jamon chicken adobo and beef caldereta. Seafood fas can opt for squid a la pobre and fis escabeche for their fillings.
Wednesday (Cebuano Favorites: Cebuano Street Fest) including Cebuano exotic dish tuslob buwa and nilarang.

Olango Wing
The Bluewater midrise project will top off on November 30 at the new Olango Wing. The continued growth of this homegrown resort chain has never been more evident with this aggressive expansion project. The Olango Wing will add 65 well-appointed rooms with 1 suite room per floor to the resorts growing room’s inventory. The new facility will also feature an Italian inspired restaurant, a roof deck and a lounge area that overlooks the Hilutungan Channel and a panoramic view of the Olango Island. By 2020 Bluewater Maribago will have 250 rooms that will ensure its ability to cater to more demand from its loyal guest.
