Sparkly Summit Christmas at summit Galleria Cebu

Christmas songs, charming decors, and glistering lights fill SUMMIT GALLERIA CEBU as they begin their festive activities last Nov. 15, 2019, As the hotel marks the beginning of the most wonderful time of the year by lighting up their dreamy and sparkly 12-foot Christmas Tree. This year's theme is inspired by Cebu's version of extra rice, triangular-shaped rice wrapped in coconut leaf strip called "puso"

As Christmas is also the season of giving, Summit Galleria Cebu wish to inspire guest through their "Galing Sa Puso Program".

The Cebuano staple has been fully decorated as a Christmas ornament that people will see hanging in their "Puso" Tree of Hope. Everyone is encouraged to pick up puso ornaments hanging on the tree. Share their donations and in doing so be an instrument of hope for others in need. Aside from being part of the hotel's Christmas decorations, you will also be helping the children of Sisters of the Sacred Hert of Jesus and Mary as all proceeds will be given to them.

Christmas Book Drive

There is another opportunity to share one's blessings for children in need Summit Hotels and Resorts is introducing a Christmas book drive for children in need. The Christmas book drive started last Nov. 15 and will continue until January 2020. Hotel guests, employees, and partners are encouraged to join Summit Hotels in collecting new and pre-loved books for children from 0 to 12 years old. This Christmas book drive was inspired by Mr. John Gokongwei, Jr. an avid reader who has helped build institutions for learning as well as they give the unprivileged a boost in life through scholarships. Donated books will be given to Summit Hotel's chosen charity serving children in need this Christmas.

Summit Art Gallery

The Summit Hotels and Resorts group supports everything local, from children in need, local businesses to emerging artist. Art is very much a part of the group's business model and this extends to their partnerships. This was inspired and instilled in them by Mr. Frederick D. Go resident and CEO of Robinsons Land Corporation. who is very much an art enthusiast himself. Aninaw Art COllective is a multi-generational convergence of local artist based in Cebu passionate in promoting Cebu as a popular art destination in the country and the world.
